We are the only fabrication shop offering a full heim jointed plus 4 long travel for the yxz . We use 4130 material TIG welded At the rear heim joints replace the sheet metal tabs , and therefore no breakage or wear. This also allows a damaged car to be aligned correctly. The upgrade allows rear shocks to be removed, replaced quickly.

The upgrade uses demon axles and includes brake lines. Front and rear upper shock absorber placement $ 8400 no power coat

This is not a new kit , it’s been a upgrade that has not been advertised

New Tool Box/Fuel Cell for the Yamaha YXZ 1000R with rear mounted radiator and the 2019 Model. Aluminum container for tools, clothing etc. This container can also be purchased as a fuel tank or fuel cell with a capacity of 6 gallons. The luggage box is power coated. The fuel container is not coated. Both units are manufactured in 0.090 / 0.10 Aluminum. The base retainer is steel with a rubber liner.

Towerworks Motorsports has developed this 7” wheelbase ‘extension some time ago but did not offer the conversion on the web. So here it is. We take your frame and modify as described.

The extension is between the motor and the rear differential and as can be seen from the photos the upper frame is redesigned to improve the frame integrity over the factory layout. We replace the rear drive shaft, brake lines and e brake cable, the rear floor pan is replaced with a factory UTV  unit. The frame is powder coated to your color requirements. CALL! 

2019 YXZ excessive high water temperatures.

Customers with front and rear windows  or GYTR turbos in the sand have been experiencing excessive high water temps.

Towerworks Motorsports has produced a new radiator with a better flow core with two SPAL fans that solves this problem. In addition, Towerworks Motorsports has manufactured a taller air scoop to replace the factory part.
